Using the Service

LemonSupport lets you configure AI agents and connect integrations (email, Slack, docs, posting tools) so agents can take actions on your behalf. You are responsible for all activity under your account and organization, including actions performed through connected integrations.

You must ensure you have the rights and permissions to connect any accounts and data sources you link to LemonSupport, and to process any personal data you provide to the Service.

Approvals, safety, and acceptable use

  • Approvals: Some actions may require explicit approval in the product before they run. You are responsible for reviewing approvals and configuring agents safely.
  • No abuse: Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activities, including sending spam or attempting to compromise systems.
  • Data boundaries: Do not upload or connect data you are not authorized to process.

Billing

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Plans, credits, and usage limits may change over time. We’ll reflect plan details in the product and/or billing pages.

Privacy

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI agents can produce errors or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing high-impact actions (especially those involving external communications) and configuring approvals and permissions appropriately.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
