This page explains what personal data LemonSupport processes, how it is used, and how you can request access or deletion.

What we process

LemonSupport processes the data required to provide the product: account and organization details, configuration (agents, permissions, integrations), activity logs, and content you choose to connect (for example email threads, Slack messages, or documents) to complete tasks.

Data is scoped to your organization. We do not sell your data. We do not use your workspace content to train shared/public models.

How data is used

We use your data to run agents, perform actions you authorize, and provide auditability (for example, approvals and activity logs). Where possible, content is fetched on demand from connected tools rather than fully mirrored.

Sharing

We may share limited personal data with trusted subprocessors (for example, infrastructure providers and AI model providers) strictly as required to operate the Service.

We only send the minimum data necessary for a given request. Where we can, we fetch or read content on demand from the connected tools (email, Slack, documents) instead of permanently storing full copies in LemonSupport.

If you connect additional integrations, we may process the data within the scope of the permissions you enable so agents can perform the actions you authorize. We do not share or sell your personal data for advertising purposes.

Subprocessors

We may share limited data with trusted subprocessors, including infrastructure providers and AI model providers, strictly as required to operate the Service. These providers process data only on our behalf and under our instructions.

For AI-related features, your request and the minimum context needed to generate a response may be processed by third-party AI services. These services do not access your private organization data outside of what is required to fulfill your request.

Google User Data

If you choose to sign in with Google, LemonSupport accesses basic account information such as your email address and profile information for authentication purposes.

We do not access, read, or store Gmail, Google Drive, or other Google user data unless explicitly authorized by you through additional permissions.

When you enable additional Google scopes and functionality in LemonSupport (for example, connecting email or documents), we only access the specific data required to perform the workflows you request. We do not use Google user data for advertising or to build advertising profiles.

We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Google user data is used solely to provide and improve the functionality of the Service.

Storage & retention

You can delete agents, integrations, and knowledge sources from the product at any time.

When you delete data, we remove it from our primary systems and operational logs within a reasonable period, subject to backups, legal requirements, and technical limitations of backup deletion schedules.

We do not build or train shared/public models on your organization data. Where AI processing is required, we rely on third-party model providers to generate and evaluate outputs using only the minimum context required for your request.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time. We respect your rights and will process deletion requests in line with applicable law and our legitimate operational obligations.

You can submit a deletion request by:

  • Deleting your account within the product, or
  • Contacting us at hello@team.lemonsupport.app

Upon request, we will delete your data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and operational requirements.
